The slots in the plastic pulley part 22bp are large enough to take a bolt - unlike the holes in the original brass pulley, part 22a. Using these slots, three plastic pulleys can be bolted together as shown, using pivot bolts, part 147g, and the 6-hole metal bush wheel, part 518. The boss on the bush wheel is used to secure the made-up pulley to the shaft.
